Included is a model 1861 .69 caliber cartridge box with US cartridge box plate and shoulder strap with round eagle breast plate, an early war cap box with square front flap with separately affixed latch tab, a tin with caps, a metal measure, a shot pouch with buckshot, and a thimble. Originally purchased from Robert Danke, great grandson of Henry Spengler. Henry was in the 45th Wisconsin, Co. G and was stationed in Nashville during his time in the war. Unique and complete piece dying to find it’s place in your collection!
