$425.00

Authentic Civil War battlefield recovery consisting of two collided Williams Cleaner bullets, dug in Columbia, South Carolina, at the site of the Battle of Congaree Creek (February 15, 1865) during Sherman’s Carolina Campaign.

These two Williams Cleaners struck mid-flight and fused together upon impact, creating a dramatic and unmistakable battlefield relic. The piece clearly shows the distinctive profile of both projectiles compressed and joined from the collision.

Williams Cleaner bullets were specialized .58 caliber projectiles designed to help clean fouling from rifled musket barrels. They saw limited but documented wartime use, making collided examples especially desirable to advanced Civil War bullet collectors.
