Excavated World War 2 Shell Belt of a US 155mm Artillery Piece. Recently came out of an estate with lots of excavated items from World War 2 Battlefields across Europe. This piece was excavated from the Losheimergraben crossroads where a ferocious battle was fought between the Americans and the Germans. This battle was a big loss for U.S. forces and was one of the first attacks of what would later be called the Battle of the Bulge. Interesting piece, definitely has some wear as anything would after coming out of the ground.
