A downed B-17G of the 427 Bomb SQ / 303 Bomb GP (H) from Molesworth Airbase in England that had a collision with a B-17F from the same squadron shortly after take-off on 9 November 1944 near Wenlock, Shropshire. The only survivor from both aircraft was the Tail-Gunner from this B-17 who was able to Bail-Out!
